This fall in Fittja, residents will see a new community space between the Fittja Tunnelbana Station and Fittja School.

Designed by OPENrestaurant with Ayhan Aydin and Botkyrka Konsthall in collaboration with architects Tor Lindstrand and Michael Orchard, the container arrived on August 29 and will be fully operational as a commercial kitchen by the end of September. 

A new residency program for the kitchen container includes space and time for visiting artists, neighborhood organizations, educational projects, chefs and culinary professionals, farmers, and gardeners.
